Development of children's musical creativity of the singing group at alementary school

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem hudební tvořivosti žáků pěveckého kroužku prvního stupně ZŠ. Věnuje se nejprve problematice obecné tvořivosti a jejímu významu a důležitosti pro život člověka. Dále podrobněji specifikuje téma tvořivého myšlení, od něhož odvozuje termín hudebně tvořivého myšlení. Neopomíjí nepostradatelnou roli učitele hudební výchovy, navrhuje systematický metodický postup a nabízí rovněž několik konkrétních typů cvičení vhodných k rozvoji hudební tvořivosti žáků. V rámci výzkumné části pak zkoumá a porovnává úroveň rozvoje tvořivých schopností žáků pěveckého kroužku prvního stupně ZŠ v Čerčanech (ve školním roce 2017/2018 a 2018/2019) v souvislosti s osvojovanými písněmi (jejich obsahy a hudebně výrazovými prostředky). Cílem práce bylo především potvrzení skutečnosti, že výuka s využitím hudebně tvořivých prvků má zásadní vliv na rozvoj hudebních schopností žáků - včetně schopností tvořivých.Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem hudební tvořivosti žáků pěveckého kroužku prvního stupně ZŠ. The aim of this work is to describe the character of prefixes, mainly the intensifying ones, on the basis of specialized literature. Then, we will evaluate the current use of intensifying prefixes in French. Frantext, the linguistic database, and Google will serve to evaluate it. The research will be proved by the method of corpus analysis. This work includes two parts. In the theoretical part, all the terms connected to the topic of derivation will be explained. Space in Contemporary British Fiction

My diploma thesis Space in Contemporary British Fiction will focus on the concept of space in contemporary British novel; at first, three of leading English authors will be mentioned (Ian McEwan, Graham Swift, Martin Amis), and it will briefly characterize the literary period in which their novels were published. In the chosen novels, the thesis will notice the changes of McEwan´s work towards the globalization of space. The core of interpretational analyses will be the novels The Cement Garden, The Comfort of Strangers, Amsterdam, Saturday, Solar and Sweet Tooth. The comparison with Golding´s Lord of the Flies will be a part of the chapter concerning McEwan´s first novel, The Cement Garden

The Absence of Determiners in the Nominal Phrase of the present-day French

The first aim of this work is to describe the issues of nominal syntagma as well as the absence of determinant that is connected to it. The other goal is to examine one type of this absence in a journalistic corpus L´Est Républicain. The analysis in this corpus will evaluate the frequency, the semantics and the syntactic functions of the chosen phenomenon in journalistic context. The work is divided into two parts: the theoretical and the practical one. In the first part, all the terms connected to the nominal syntagma will be defined. The nominal syntagma along with its nature and its parts will be described. At the same time, the cases of the absence of determinant in present-day French will be explained. The second part contains quantitative and qualitative analysis in the corpus L´Est Républicain. Subject of research are juxtaposed and coordinative enumerations in a different extent and in the different syntactic positions

Přežívání kmenů Arcobacter butzleri a Arcobacter cryaerophilus v přítomnosti rakytníkového extraktu

Bacteria of the genus Arcobacter can be a cause of serious diseases not only for humans but also for animals. Therefore, their presence in food has to be eliminated. The strains of Arcobacter butzleri and A. cryaerophilus were used in this experiment as isolates, obtained from foodstuffs, and also as collection strains. The aim of this study was to test the survival of arcobacters in the presence of sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) extracts (ethanolic extract from sea buckthorn, and extract from sea buckthorn in phosphate buffered saline). Antimicrobial sensitivity was tested by agar diffusion well test, followed by determination of minimum inhibitory concentration for individual extracts. To verify the inhibitory effect of the extracts, testing the antimicrobial effect of artificially inoculated foodstuff was carried out. Extracts were also analysed using high-performance liquid chromatography with diode-array detector, with the aim to approximately identify their substances. The results of this study show that sea buckthorn extracts could be suitable natural antimicrobial substances active, in particular against A. butzleri and A. cryaerophilus.Bakterie rodu Arcobacter mohou být příčinou vážných onemocnění nejen pro člověka, ale i pro zvířata. Proto musí být jejich přítomnost v potravinách eliminována. Cílem této studie bylo ověřit přežívání arkobakterů v přítomnosti extraktu z rakytníku (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) (etanolový extrakt z rakytníku a extrakt z rakytníku v PBS pufru). Antimikrobiální citlivost byla testována agarovou difuzní metodou a následně stanovena minimální inhibiční koncentrace jednotlivých extraktů. Pro ověření inhibičního účinku extraktů bylo provedeno testování antimikrobiálního účinku uměle inokulovaných vzorků potravin. Extrakty byly dále analyzovány za použití HPLC s cílem přibližně identifikovat látky. Výsledky této studie ukazují, že extrakty z rakytníku mohou být vhodnými přírodními antimikrobiálními látkami, zejména proti A. butzleri a A. cryaerophilus

Antimikrobiální aktivita rakytníkového extraktu (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) proti bakteriím rodu Arcobacter

The number of multiresistant strains of bacteria has been increasing rapidly in the last few years. Same can be said for arcobacters, where the resistance against some common antibiotics has been proven. Bacteria of the genus Arcobacter can be a cause of unpleasant diseases not only for animals but also for humans. Therefore their existence in food has to be eliminated. The aim of this project was to test the survival of these microorganisms in the presence of the extracts from sea buckthorn berries. The results of this study show that the sea buckthorn has a bright future as an antimicrobial agent against bacteria of the genus Arcobacter.V současné době je velkým problémem šíření infekčních onemocnění způsobených multiresistentními kmeny bakterií.Také v případě arkobakterů se ukázalo, že se v posledních deseti letech značně zvýšila jejich odolnost proti celé řadě antibiotik. Bakterie rodu Arcobacter mohou způsobit nepříjemná onemocnění nejen lidí ale i zvířat, a proto je třeba jejich výskyt v potravinách eliminovat. Cílem této práce bylo ověřit přežívání těchto mikroorganismů v přítomnosti extraktů z rakytníku. Z výsledků studie vyplývá, že by se rakytník mohl stát vhodnou přírodní antimikrobiální látkou použitelnou proti bakteriím rodu Arcobacter
